FLA Jobline

The Foothills Library Association provides the Jobline as a service to the library community, primarily in Calgary, Alberta, and the surrounding area, but also includes position openings in the rest of the Prairie Provinces, British Columbia and the North. It is a free service to both employers and job seekers.

Although the Jobline service is free and run by volunteers, your membership fees help to support it. If you are not a member, we encourage you to obtain a $25 yearly membership. More information may be found on the Membership page.

The Jobline lists library openings at the professional, technical, and clerical levels. It is updated daily as submissions are found or received.

To list a job opening, e-mail the posting as text in the body of the message and not as an attachment to jobline@fla.org. Please note that because of the very high risk of receiving a virus through email attachments, they will no longer be accepted.

Please do not send résumés to the Jobline; we do not match job seekers and employers. For questions about the Jobline, send an e-mail to jobline@fla.org.
